We are looking for a Part Time Permanent Catering Assistant to join the team in our Restaurant in Brookside Garden Centre. Our competitive rates of pay range from £10.40 to £12.75 per hour dependent on age. The hours for this role are 20 per week over 3 days, with all positions including weekend work. Flexibility is a must.

The role as a Catering Assistant involves supporting the kitchen team by preparing meals for customers.

Responsibilities
  • Support in all areas of food production working with fresh ingredients
  • Prepare hot and cold snacks and deli items to order
  • Carry out food preparation checks in line with food hygiene safety standards
  • Clean all back of house and kitchen preparation areas and equipment
  • Close the back of house area each day to company standards
