The Independence at Home Team is focused on supporting citizens across Denbighshire to remain as independent as possible within their own homes and communities. We are looking for a kind, compassionate person who has a caring nature and wants to help others. As a member of the Locality team, you will work with citizens to achieve their agreed outcomes. This support may include providing some personal care.
We will offer you a full induction, regular supervision and access to training and development opportunities as well as support opportunities for career progression. Appointment subject to Disclosure & Barring Service Check, satisfactory references and registration with Social Care Wales.
