Responsibilities:
- Provide high‑quality care and learning experiences for children
- Support children’s development in line with the EYFS
- Work flexibly with teams to deliver engaging activities and maintain nursery routines
- Build positive relationships with children and families, ensuring a welcoming and supportive environment
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Level 2 early years qualification or higher (desirable but not essential)
- Understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage or enthusiasm to learn more
- Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection
- Enhanced DBS check required; all staff must complete regular safeguarding training
- Disclosure and Barring Service certificate required; subject to enhanced checks
