Responsibilities:

  • Play a hands-on role in pre-construction, procurement, and contract setup
  • Produce and manage CVRs, cashflows, valuations, and final accounts
  • Work collaboratively with estimators throughout the tender process
  • Provide clear, accurate monthly commercial reporting
  • Support best practice and continuous improvement across the business
  • Attending scope, pre-start, and client meetings
  • Liaising with clients, consultants, and internal teams
  • Preparing subcontractor enquiries and conducting cost comparisons
  • Procuring and placing subcontractor orders
  • Subcontractor valuation analysis and payment management
  • Preparing budgets, bills of quantities, and cost plans
  • Managing client valuations, variations, and final accounts
  • Cashflow forecasting and CVR setup and management
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously
