Desian Education are looking to recruit a number of highly motivated and reliable educational support workers for temporary contracts. We are supporting a number of mainstream primary, secondary and SEND schools across Halton with supply for SEN teaching assistants.
Responsibilities
- 1:1 or small group support for pupils with SEN
- Working in collaboration with class teacher & SENCO
- Positive behaviour support
- Delivery of target interventions; speech & language, behaviours, etc
- Implementation of positive behaviour support
- Personal/intimate care requirements
Requirements
- Full “Right to Work” in the UK
- Relevant referenceable experience supporting children and young people with complex and profound needs
- An Enhanced Children’s DBS check or willingness to obtain
