An exciting opportunity has become available for a Document Controller to join one of our key clients operating out of the Healthcare sector.
Responsibilities- Prepare and review production documentation to ensure it meets strict regulatory and quality standards.
- Produce batch records and labels in line with operational schedules and manufacturing requirements.
- Complete and verify calculations within production documents, ensuring accuracy at all times.
- Cross-check batch paperwork against master data and approved formulations for consistency.
- Support quality investigations and maintain documentation in line with QMS, regulatory and internal compliance standards.
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office and experience with document or ERP systems.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong numerical and analytical ability.
- Clear communication skills with the ability to work across teams.
- Well organized with the ability to prioritise workload effectively.
- Experience working in a regulated environment such as GMP, ISO or similar frameworks is advantageous.
