Responsibilities

  • The primary objective is to pro-actively support the business development element of the business.
  • Work individually and as part of the team, researching and understanding pre-qualification and tender requirements to ensure submissions are accurate, fully compliant, and deadlines are met.
  • Identify winning bid themes, strategies and actions.
  • Standardise tender bid submissions and adhere to the tender process.
  • Provide support to the pre-construction team and produce overall tender submissions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with technical teams.
  • Liaise with contract management teams to produce content.
  • Conduct PQQ/ITT reviews.
  • Liaise closely with senior colleagues to meet overall objectives for pre-qualification questionnaire submissions.
  • Complete the quality content of tender submissions, collaborating with pre-construction and construction teams when working on tenders.
  • Collate, compliance check and submit full tender documents.
  • Ensure content and format of responses maintain brand consistency.
  • Support or cover other members of the bid team.

Qualifications

Ideally, candidates should come from a concrete repairs, construction or civil background.
