Responsibilities- Work independently to manage a patch of around two hundred homes, ensuring properties are well maintained, customers are aware of their responsibilities, and offering coaching and guidance.
- Manage tenancy sign ups and changes, anti-social behaviour and safeguarding, as well as court work and evictions where necessary.
- Adopt a holistic customer approach, building good relationships with services in the local community, and making a positive impact on the lives of our customers.
- Work closely with maintenance and lettings teams to allocate empty homes effectively, manage customers’ expectations around repairs, and elevate any property maintenance issues.
- Previous housing management experience an advantage.
- Experience working in a customer-facing role, ideally within housing management.
- Resilience and experience managing a busy and varied workload.
- Strong communication skills and curiosity to tackle difficult conversations.
- Tenacity, achieving performance targets, maximizing customer satisfaction.
- Capacity to coach, first‑rate influencing, negotiating, and relationship building skills.
- Full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
- Subject to an enhanced DBS check.
