Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with AUKSG project leads, Head of Finance, external health and social care providers and other VCSE organisations.
Qualifications:
- Proactive, solution-focused attitude.
- Willingness to undertake training to support the Routes-2-Wellbeing Manager.
