Early Years Educator - Level 3 in Rottingdean

We’re looking for Early Years Educators with experience in child development and committed to supporting children’s growth and learning based at our Droitwich nursery.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional early years education, supporting each child’s development and learning journey.
• Confidently implement and follow frameworks such as the EYFS to ensure high-quality teaching and care.
• Meet the daily needs of every child with compassion, attentiveness, and professionalism.
• Design and deliver stimulating activities that enrich learning and promote holistic development.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with colleagues, parents, and carers through open and effective communication.
• Uphold the highest standards of safeguarding, health, and safety in every interaction and environment.
• Actively contribute to team meetings, sharing ideas and insights to positively shape the future of the children in our care.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in early years education.
• Experience with child development and learning, and a commitment to children’s emotional and intellectual growth.
• Confident communication skills, professionalism, and collaborative working style.
• Inclusive and supportive approach creating a respectful environment.
• Reflective practice and commitment to professional growth.
• Easy commute to multiple nursery sites within a one-hour radius.

Nice to have

• Paediatric First Aid certification.
• Experience supporting children with additional needs.
• Familiarity with digital learning journals or nursery software.
