We are seeking a skilled Robotic Welder to operate, program, and maintain automated welding systems in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have experience with robotic welding equipment, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and monitor robotic welding machine.
- Program and adjust welding robot (e.g., teach pendant programming).
- Load and position materials or components into fixtures.
- Inspect welded components to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on robotic welding equipment.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Collaborate with engineers and production teams to improve welding processes.
- Maintain accurate production and quality records.
Required Skills & Qualifications
