The Band 5 Staff Nurse is responsible for delivering high-quality, safe, and effective nursing care to patients within an NHS Trust hospital setting. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, the post holder will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while maintaining professional standards in accordance with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) Code of Conduct.
