We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our friendly care home team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated nursing professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional, person-centred care and making a positive difference in the lives of our residents.

As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in ensuring residents receive the highest standards of clinical and personal care while promoting dignity, independence, and wellbeing. Working closely with the Home Manager, Clinical Lead, and wider care team, you will help create a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment for all residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality nursing care tailored to individual resident needs.
  • Administer medications and treatments in accordance with NMC guidelines and company policies.
  • Monitor residents' health and wellbeing, responding appropriately to changes in condition.
  • Develop, review, and maintain accurate care plans and clinical records.
  • Support and mentor care staff to ensure excellent standards of care are maintained.
  • Build positive relationships with residents, families, healthcare professionals, and colleagues.
  • Promote resident dignity, choice, independence, and person-centred care at all times.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A valid NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN, or RNLD).
  • Previous nursing experience within a care home, nursing home, hospital, or similar healthcare setting.
  • Excellent clinical knowledge and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A caring, compassionate, and professional approach.
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
