Job Overview

Mitie is looking for Elite security officers who can deliver exceptional customer service whilst providing a highly visible presence that reduces the impact of anti-social behaviour upon colleagues and customers. You must hold a current SIA licence.

Vetting

It is vital that you have a full 5-year checkable employment/education history; failure to do so could mean your offer will be withdrawn or your employment stopped.

Main duties

  • To deliver industry leading customer service
  • To create a safe environment, free from crime and the fear of crime for customers and colleagues
  • To manage anti-social behaviour and build relationships with those that cause this
  • Engage with members of the public by providing a welcoming presence
  • Support the public and visitors with their queries in a friendly and polite manner by demonstrating excellent customer service
  • Support the Police and crime partnerships where required to aid with the reduction of crime in store
  • To wear Body Worn CCTV to support in the reduction of crime and increase colleague and customer safety
