I am currently working with a Leading, Modern and Flexible Law Firm who are looking for a Residential Conveyancer/Solicitor/Licensed Conveyancer/Cilex to join their growing team in Stoke on Trent.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Manage your own case load of residential sales and purchases (freehold and leasehold) and all associated procedures
  • To process cases on a timely and cost-effective basis
  • Liaising directly with clients, estate agents and lenders
  • Developing professional relationships, both with clients and with other potential sources of work
  • To manage own work allocation, productivity and quality of work with minimum supervision

Required:

  • 2 years conveyancing experience
  • You will be an established Fee Earner or Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEX)
  • Ability to manage a varied caseload of conveyancing matters
  • Excellent client care skills, project management skills, and a dedication to your career
  • Ambitious, driven, and personable!
