Responsibilities
- Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from inception to completion
- Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages, help to buy, buy to let, and equity release transactions
- Working independently, unsupervised, whilst maintaining high standards of service delivery
- Using a case management system to progress files efficiently and accurately
- Providing excellent client care and maintaining strong client relationships throughout the process
Qualifications
- At least 4 years’ experience in residential conveyancing
- Experience as a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or equivalent fee earner
- The ability to manage your own caseload confidently and efficiently
- Strong client care, communication, and organisational skills
- Experience using a case management system
