We are currently recruiting for a Renewals Advisor to join a busy and customer-focused insurance renewals team based in Manchester. This role is ideal for someone with experience in insurance or customer service who enjoys building relationships, managing policies, and ensuring excellent service at renewal stage.

The Role

  • Managing a portfolio of existing customers approaching renewal.
  • Ensuring policies are renewed accurately, competitively, and in line with company and regulatory standards.
  • Managing insurance renewals from initial contact through to completion.
  • Reviewing and re‑quoting policies where required.
  • Liaising with underwriters and internal teams to secure terms.
  • Handling customer queries and providing clear policy information.
  • Ensuring all activity complies with FCA and company procedures.
  • Maintaining accurate records on internal systems.

About You

  • Previous experience in insurance, renewals, or a regulated customer‑facing environment.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
