Cygnet Group are looking for a confident, experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Registered Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD) with a passion for delivering outstanding care to join our team at Willow House.
At Willow House, you will be working 42 hours per week (07:45 AM/PM till 08:00 AM/PM), including days/nights and alternative weekends. Please be aware that this role is a 12 Month Fixed-term contract starting July 2026 till July 2027.
Willow House is a specialist residential service with nursing for adults with learning disabilities, complex needs and behaviours that may challenge. We also support people who have associated mental and physical health needs, including those with a secondary diagnosis of autism. With our in-house qualified Mental Health and Learning Disability Nurses (RMN’s and RNLD’s), we can provide specialist nursing care and support, which is tailored to the needs of the individual. We can also offer bespoke packages including Speech and Language Therapy input for individuals that may require it. We aim to promote increased independence and community integration for the individuals in our care.
