We are now looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) to join our exceptional team. If you want to make a meaningful difference every day in a warm, well-supported setting, this is a role where you can truly thrive.

Your role:
As a Registered Nurse, you will lead by example, delivering high quality, person-centred care that supports the dignity, safety and wellbeing of each resident. You will assess needs, implement tailored care plans, and manage medication with precision and care. You will provide guidance and mentorship to the wider care team, play an active role in daily handovers and reviews, and respond with compassion and professionalism to the needs of residents and their families. Whether you are handling a clinical decision or offering comfort during a quiet moment, your role will be at the heart of the home.
What we are looking for:
- A Registered General or Mental Health Nurse with an active NMC PIN
- Previous care home experience is welcome but not essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A calm, caring approach and strong sense of responsibility
- A passion for helping others feel respected, safe and valued
