Key Responsibilities:
- You will be the CQC Registered Manager for the service, owning registration, contracts, budgets, commissioner relationships, and culture.
- You’ll lead the service with support from centralized HR, payroll, recruitment, quality and training teams, allowing you to focus on strategic judgement rather than firefighting admin issues.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Registered Manager in domiciliary care.
- Track record managing commissioned or local authority homecare contracts.
- NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care, or equivalent.
- Commercial awareness and comfort owning budgets and service performance.
- Valid full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
