Salary & Earnings

  • Basic salary: Around £32,000 (dependence on experience).
  • Realistic OTE: Up to £50,000.

Vehicle Technician Role & Responsibilities

  • Carry out maintenance, servicing, and repairs on a wide range of vehicles to the highest standards.
  • Diagnose faults using appropriate testing equipment.
  • Repair and replace components, lubricants, and consumables as required.
  • Accurately record all service and repair work.
  • Work safely and professionally in line with health and safety guidelines.
  • Identify additional work using an established vehicle health check process.

Requirements

  • Qualified Vehicle Technician with an NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, or equivalent such as City and Guilds in vehicle maintenance or IMI in Vehicle Maintenance.
  • Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician or Mechanic.
  • Committed to high standards of workmanship and safety.
  • Holder of a full UK driving licence.
