We are looking for professional HGV Class 2 Drivers to deliver building materials using vehicles fitted with Moffett mounted forklift trucks.
Responsibilities
- Monday to Friday day work only
- Delivering building materials to commercial and residential sites
- Normally between 1 to 5 drops per shift
- Operating a Moffett mounted forklift truck for safe loading and unloading
- Customer-facing deliveries
- Completing vehicle checks and delivery paperwork
- Maintaining high safety standards on site and on the road
Pay
Up to £15.00 per hour PAYE
Requirements
- Valid UK HGV Class 2 Licence
- Valid Driver CPC Card
- Digital Tachograph Card
- Valid Moffett / Mounted Forklift Licence or experience
- Minimum 1 year HGV driving experience (for insurance purposes)
- Previous building materials delivery experience preferred
- Good understanding of site safety procedures
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Good timekeeping and reliability
