FLT Counterbalance Driver in Redditch

• Our client, a global leading company in solar technology, requires FLT Counterbalance Drivers to join their friendly team.

This would be working on a fixed shift ongoing role, with immediate starts available.

Pay Rate: £13.50 per hour

Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm (Hours are not yet finalised and may vary.)

Responsibilities

• Receive and check incoming goods against delivery notes.
• Safely store products in designated locations.
• Pick and pack orders accurately for dispatch.
• Prepare and label shipments for delivery.
• Assist with stock counts and inventory control.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organised, and safe.
• Follow all health and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is desirable.
• Good attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Physically fit and able to lift/move heavy items.
• Basic computer skills are an advantage.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Forklift Operation Certificate (Counterbalance).
• Manual Handling Certificate.
