ARC are currently looking for an experienced Supervisor to manage a small electrical team for Redditch council.
Duties of the role:
- Coordinating and carrying out pre and post inspections on contractors' electrical and other associated domestic/communal works
- Responding to technical queries in relation to responsive repairs, EICR’s and other electrical and security services
- The post holder will ensure the performance management system is followed to ensure effective compliance is achieved to agreed KPI’s for each contract
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years’ experience at a senior level within the Electrical industry in an operational role to include but not limited to electrical servicing, repairs and electrical installations
- Experience to diagnose and repair to any electrical systems
- Extensive knowledge of electrical installations, associated repairs, fault finding and safe isolation procedures
- Testing & Inspection: 2391 or 2394/5
- Full valid driving licence.
