We’re looking for 2 Full Time Recovery Practitioners to join the Stroud Service. As a Recovery Practitioner, you will hold a mixed caseload and support assessment, duty work, and groups in a thriving service, making positive changes in people’s lives through a non‑judgmental, recovery‑based approach that values the strengths and choices of each individual. You’ll help people rebuild their lives, reconnect with family and friends, return to work or education, and much more.
We’re looking for individuals with compassion, good communication skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure. If you’re a good listener, stay curious, and want to make a difference, we’d love to hear from you.
Working hours: 37.5 hours per week.
