About Us

Invicta Fleet specialises in expert accident management solutions for fleets, insurers, brokers, and private drivers across the UK from vehicle recovery to claims resolution. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a motivated Claims & Recovery Handler to join our Manchester team.

The Role

A fast-paced and rewarding position where you'll onboard new claims, manage the customer journey, and progress recovery and payment packs efficiently. You’ll be a key point of contact for customers, insurers, solicitors, and third parties handling claims professionally while maximising recoveries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle new motor claims from first notification through to settlement
  • Gather and verify all relevant claim information and documentation
  • Arrange vehicle recoveries, repairs, and replacement hire vehicles
  • Prepare and progress payment/recovery packs to insurers and third parties
  • Liaise with insurers, engineers, solicitors, garages, and recovery agents
  • Maintain regular client contact and provide claim updates throughout
  • Ensure claims are managed in line with guidelines and company procedures
  • Accurately update internal claims management systems
  • Work proactively to progress claims and maximise recoveries

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in credit hire, motor claims handling, or recoveries
  • Strong understanding of the motor claims process
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to manage a busy caseload and prioritise effectively
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Proactive, solution‑focused attitude with confidence working independently or in a team
