We are seeking a caring and dependable Support Worker to deliver high quality assistance to a young man with autism, supporting him to access and participate in activities within the community. This is a fulfilling opportunity to have a meaningful impact, helping an individual flourish while encouraging independence through person-centred support.
About the role:- Providing person centred care on a 1:1 basis
- Supporting client to participate in activities in the community
- Regular shift every week
- Must be local to Radstock
- Previous experience working in a similar role
- Driving licence, own car and business insurance required
- £13.20 per hour
- You will be paid the National Minimum Wage for all attended training sessions, eLearning courses & shadow shifts
