• Role – Female Support workers
• Location – Bury
• Salary – £14.65 per hour inclusive of holiday entitlement
• Shifts – 08:00 – 20:00 days and 20:00 – 08:00 Waking Nights
• Expected hours – From 24 hours per week
• Full UK driver’s licence required
• Competent verbal and written English
• Must have experience within health and social care settings

• Gender: Female, age 30s
• Condition: Learning Disabilities, DiGeorge Syndrome, challenging behaviours, mental health concerns, requires prompting with personal care.
• Interests: arts and crafts, painting, walking, helping others, love animals, social activities.
• Activities: enjoys pub outings, volunteering, drama groups.
• Supports: Prefers friendly, understanding staff; needs clear prompting and boundaries; aims for independence.
• Goals: Independence, safety, supported.

Team & Shift Patterns

• Supported on a 2‑1 basis both on days and waking nights.
• Shift patterns: Long Day 08:00‑20:00 and Waking Night 20:00‑08:00.
