The predicted salary is between 40000 - 50000 £ per year.

Quality highlight key findings and propose recommendations that are proportionate to the risk. Safeguard and promote the integrity of the QMS to ensure compliance to all applicable standards. Develop and deliver training to staff on internal quality processes, standards, and best practices. Conduct the administrative duties in support of the role including maintaining the internal document register. Ensure the protection of Company Intellectual Property and Customer Confidentiality. Perform any other tasks and duties as required by management.

Qualification and Attributes

  • Proven ability of leading a Quality function within a regulated / manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to manage, coach and guide team members and other colleagues to deliver to the Company quality standards.
  • Experience of line management and developing employees.
  • Experience of promoting the Company quality standards within the working environment through various means (including delivering regular Quality briefings) to motivate, educate and encourage compliance at all times.
  • Ability to make decisions quickly, prioritise workload effectively and meet deadlines consistently.
  • Ability to demonstrate a strong commercial understanding when making decisions for the Company.
  • Previous quality assurance experience and demonstrated use of quality tools/methodology, including problem-solving methodologies (preferably in an Aerospace environment).
  • PPAP experience desired.
  • Strong understanding of quality management systems and standards EN9100, EN9120 and ISO14001.
  • Experience in conducting internal and external quality audits to verify compliance with ISO standards and regulations.
  • Proficient in creating and maintaining accurate quality documentation, reports, and records to facilitate traceability and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience in ERP systems such as Navision or similar.
  • Critical to the success of this role is the ability to communicate, collaborate and influence all stakeholders, internally and externally.
