About the Role
You will support children and young people within residential settings, helping to create a safe, stable, and nurturing environment. You will be working with children who may present challenging behaviours and who may have learning disabilities, physical disabilities, or complex needs. This role requires a calm, resilient, and compassionate approach.

Qualifications
