Key Responsibilities
  • Support and enhance the Integrated Management System (IMS) aligned with ISO 9001 & ISO 14001.
  • Lead internal and external audits, ensuring compliance and best practice.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
  • Analyse quality metrics, including complaints, non‑conformances, and trends.
  • Perform inspections and ensure product quality meets required standards.
  • Travel across the UK to engage with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Deliver training and guidance to production teams.
  • Actively contribute to the Health & Safety Committee.
  • Support risk assessments and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Promote and embed a strong safety‑first culture.
  • Conduct safety audits, investigate incidents, and implement preventative measures.
  • Maintain accurate data to improve traceability and operational performance.
