We are seeking a warm, welcoming host to greet guests and owners, check passes, and guide them through their check-in experience. Key Responsibilities
- Primarily based outdoors, you'll welcome guests and owners warmly upon arrival at our check-in gate.
- Create a great first impression while assisting with the check-in process.
- Verify passes, answer questions, and offer helpful information on park amenities, events, and activities.
- Act as an on-site information guide, helping guests get acquainted with the park and plan their stay.
- Handle any initial queries or issues, ensuring our guests and owners feel valued and cared for.
- Collaborate with other teams to create a smooth, welcoming environment from arrival to departure.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is beneficial but not essential.
