This role involves planning daily tasks, coordinating the team, managing stock, recruitment, and training, and monitoring safety and budget compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Cleaning Services Team Manager with planning, preparation, and daily operations to run the department smoothly.
- Support stock management, team rotas, recruitment, training, and overall team development.
- Monitor budget performance, conduct safety and compliance checks, and ensure all legislative requirements are met.
- Oversee daily cleaning tasks, address feedback, and implement improvements to maintain a clean, safe, and guest‑friendly environment.
- Balance hands‑on tasks around the park with administrative responsibilities to ensure seamless operations.
