In this role, you'll be at the heart of an energetic Bars team, leading with clear direction and motivation. You'll inspire your team to hit their goals and maintain high standards by setting an example. You'll be hands‑on with performance management, offering feedback, tackling challenges, and supporting team development. Managing resources like budgets and tools will be key to keeping operations running smoothly. You will also be the driving force behind fantastic guest experiences, continuously improving service, resolving issues, and ensuring safety compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and support the team to deliver excellent service and achieve targets.
- Ensure top‑tier guest satisfaction by addressing concerns, improving service, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
- Monitor individual and team performance, providing regular feedback, coaching and conducting performance reviews.
- Oversee team scheduling, budgets and resources to maximise efficiency and meet business needs.

Requirements
- Proven experience as Bar Manager, Venue Manager, or similar leadership position in hospitality.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Exceptional customer service and problem‑solving abilities.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Experience in budgeting, financial management and cellar management.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
