Working as a teacher assistant is a fantastic way to gain valuable hands-on experience working with students who have a range of additional learning needs, including autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and social, emotional, and mental health challenges. You will work alongside experienced teaching staff and the school's SEN department to provide tailored support to individual students and small groups.
