Our client, a multi award winning Estate Agents, have a brand-new exciting opportunity for a Property Inspector to join their friendly and successful property management team on a part time, permanent basis. This will be based from their Quedgeley office.
The main purpose of this role will be to perform regular property visits for clients within the Gloucester area, therefore you must be happy to travel around the city on a day-to-day basis. No experience is necessary as full training will be provided, however our client is looking for a forward-thinking candidate, who has exceptional attention to detail. This is an exciting and varied role where no two days will be the same.
Responsibilities- Liaising with tenants to arrange property visits
- Conducting regular routine property visits
- Completing property reports with photos
- Identifying any maintenance issues and reporting accordingly
- Reviewing reports to ensure they are laid out correctly to meet company standards
- Sending reports to clients
- Accurately updating property files
- Excellent attention to detail
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Computer literate
- Organised and efficient
- Reliable and committed
- Full UK driving licence and car is essential
- Hours: 3 days per week, Wednesday and Friday, 9am – 4pm
- Salary: £25k per annum pro rata
