Key responsibilities
- Accurately assess suitability of items for sale through evaluation of garment safety, product defects, seasonality and potential value to customer
- Implement the appropriate recycling process where an item is ‘unsaleable’
- Assess garment selling price
- Work at pace to ensure targets have been met
- Pre‑retail stock in line with retail guidelines
- Ensure stock is de‑branded and labelled accurately in accordance with label management guidelines
Qualifications
- Passion for fashion and homeware with up-to‑date knowledge of current trends and appreciation for market values
- Experience working in a warehouse or processing environment
- Great communicator who can make informed decisions, work on own initiative and as part of a team
- Strong numeracy skills and ability to work at pace
