Primary Teachers Required. Worcestershire Immediate Starts & September 2026 Opportunities: Paragon Education is recruiting enthusiastic and committed Primary Teachers to work across a variety of welcoming and supportive schools throughout Worcestershire. We are seeking passionate educators for both immediate starts and September 2026 placements, including day‑to‑day supply, long‑term, and permanent opportunities across EYFS, KS1, and KS2. Whether you are an experienced teacher or an ECT looking to build confidence and experience, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
  • Create a positive and supportive learning environment.
  • Manage classroom behaviour effectively.
  • Differential learning to meet the needs of all pupils.
  • Work collaboratively with school staff and leadership teams.
  • Foster pupil progress, confidence, and well‑being.

Qualifications

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
  • Experience teaching within a UK primary school setting.
  • Strong classroom management skills.
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
  • A genuine passion for teaching and supporting children’s development.
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).

Desirable skills

  • Experience EYFS, KS1, or KS2 specialism.
  • Experience working with SEND pupils.
  • Phonics knowledge (Read Write Inc, Little Wandle, etc.).
  • Experience delivering intervention support.
