- Supporting pupils in Lechlade and the surrounding areas, delivering high‑quality teaching across EYFS, KS1, or KS2 depending on school needs, as part of a Class Act supply role.
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and well‑structured lessons in line with the primary curriculum
- Adapt teaching approaches to meet the needs of pupils with varying abilities
- Create a positive, inclusive, and well‑managed classroom environment
- Support pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development
- Implement effective behaviour management strategies in line with school policies
- Assess and record pupil progress where required
- Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and wider staff teams

Qualifications
