Primary School Receptionist/Administrator based in Bordseley Green, Birmingham. The role is on a term-time basis (Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm) and initially until December 2026, with a possibility of extension. The position involves working in a busy office to provide administrative and reception support, including data entry into Bromcom and ParentPay and covering reception duties when required.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support: inputting data into Bromcom and ParentPay.
  • Cover reception duties during busy periods.
  • Perform general clerical duties within a busy school environment.
  • Work efficiently under pressure.

What you'll need to succeed:

  • High level of communication and IT skills.
  • Ability to work quickly and independently under initiative.
  • Recent satisfactory references for similar work within the last 2 years.
  • Up-to-date DBS check.
