The Finance Business Partner Assistant role is an essential position within the Finance Department. The role supports the Finance Business Partner by providing comprehensive financial advice to Managers, enabling the achievement of financial balance and contributing to the business planning process and service developments.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Finance Business Partner in delivering effective financial advice to Managers.
- Support the business planning process and contribute to service development initiatives.
Qualifications
- Attainment of AAT Technician level qualifications.
- Minimum GCSEs in Maths and English.
- At least 1 year of experience in management accounts.
- Experience working with financial systems.
- Strong spreadsheet and word‑processing skills.
