About the Role

Our client is looking for a Clinic Assistant to join the team and be the friendly, professional face of the clinic. This is a varied, hands‑on role sitting at the heart of day‑to‑day operations, combining reception, administration and patient support in a fast‑paced environment. What you will be doing:

  • Welcoming patients and delivering a warm, professional front‑of‑house experience.
  • Managing appointments, bookings and Practitioner diaries.
  • Handling phone, email and in‑person enquiries.
  • Processing payments and maintaining accurate patient records.
  • Supporting patients with bookings, follow‑ups and general queries.
  • Assisting with the day‑to‑day administration and smooth running of the clinic.
  • Supporting occasional local community events (approximately once a month).

Working Hours

This is a rota‑based role covering a mix of early and late shifts, including a Saturday rota.

  • Monday to Friday: Shifts between 8:30am and 7:00pm
  • Saturday: 8:30am to 12:30pm (rota basis)
  • 40 hours per week, including a 30‑minute unpaid lunch break each day
