In collaboration with the GP partners and the wider practice clinical team, to maintain and improve quality of general medical services and the management of prescribed medication for the registered patients of the surgery.

To work towards the achievement of the clinical elements of the Quality and Outcomes Framework in GMS and other enhanced services.

To utilise knowledge & skills to review medication & manage patients with long term and/or acute medical conditions.
