Our goal at Ty Dyffryn is to support and nurture the young people in our care while they transition into adulthood.

What does the role include?
- Provide personalised care to each person in their daily activities, including personal care, learning and social interactions.
- Foster a safe and positive environment, ensuring the emotional and physical well-being of each person.
- Implement individualised care plans, under the guidance of an incredibly supportive senior team.
- Support our people during recreational activities, outings and community integration.
- Collaborate with the wider team to maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Promote independence, self-esteem, and confidence in our people, celebrating their achievements and milestones.
What you’ll need:
- A caring nature, resilience, and great communication.
- Flexibility to work shifts including evenings and weekends.
- A full UK driving licence — essential for supporting young people with transport to school, appointments, and activities.
- The right to work in the UK with at least 12 months remaining on your visa (if applicable).
