Acorn by Synergie is recruiting an experienced Operations Manager to oversee our tubular metal manufacturing client's factory floor during a period of strategic growth. The role focuses on translating strategy into daily execution, driving lean improvements and safeguarding safety and accountability.
You will lead across Laser Cutting, Fabrication and Powder Coating, optimise production workflows and mentor the Production Manager and shift teams, delivering operational excellence and OTIF.
