Acorn by Synergie is recruiting a Welfare Cleaner / Janitor for a major construction project in Port Talbot. These roles are on a temp-perm basis with potential for long-term opportunities. You will join a reputable construction team that values safety, reliability, and high standards of cleanliness.
Key Duties
- Sweep and clear debris from work areas.
- Clean welfare facilities including toilets, canteens and offices.
- Empty bins and manage waste disposal.
- Wipe down surfaces and maintain hygiene standards.
- Report hazards or maintenance issues to site management.
- Work independently while following site safety protocols at all times.
Requirements
- Valid CSCS card desirable, or the ability to obtain one.
- Previous cleaning experience on construction or industrial sites preferred.
