22.5 hours per week (3 days per week). You will be required to work Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays.

About the Role
Our public sector healthcare client is seeking a proactive and professional Administrator to support a busy Primary Mental Health Service.
This role is ideal for an experienced administrator who is comfortable working in a patient facing environment, managing sensitive information, and providing high-quality administrative support to the clinical team.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet and greet patients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
- Process patient referrals accurately and efficiently
- Copy typing and preparation of correspondence and documentation
- Provide general administrative support to the wider team
- Handle sensitive and confidential information in accordance with GDPR requirements
Essential Requirements
- Previous administrative experience
- Experience working with confidential and sensitive information
- Strong understanding of GDPR and data protection requirements
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Good IT and typing skills
- To be able to start on Monday 21 September 2026
