Location: Tonna, Neath Pay Rate: Β£13.45 per hour Hours:
22.5 hours per week (3 days per week). You will be required to work Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Contract: Temporary, duration, 2 months with potential for extension Start Date: 21 September 2026

About the Role

Our public sector healthcare client is seeking a proactive and professional Administrator to support a busy Primary Mental Health Service.

This role is ideal for an experienced administrator who is comfortable working in a patient facing environment, managing sensitive information, and providing high-quality administrative support to the clinical team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet and greet patients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Process patient referrals accurately and efficiently
  • Copy typing and preparation of correspondence and documentation
  • Provide general administrative support to the wider team
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information in accordance with GDPR requirements

Essential Requirements

  • Previous administrative experience
  • Experience working with confidential and sensitive information
  • Strong understanding of GDPR and data protection requirements
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Good IT and typing skills
  • To be able to start on Monday 21 September 2026

Additional Information

  • A standard DBS check required (Manpower covers the cost of this)
  • Weekly pay (PAYE)
