These schools are committed to creating a positive and engaging learning environment where students are encouraged to succeed academically and socially. The schools offer excellent support networks and welcoming Senior Leadership Teams. The schools are looking to take on a reliable Cover Supervisor on a full-time long-term basis with an immediate start available.
Responsibilities
- The successful Cover Supervisor will be responsible for supervising classes across Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4) in the absence of the class teacher, ensuring students remain engaged with pre-set work and maintain positive behaviour throughout lessons.
Qualifications
- Experience working with secondary school students
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- Confidence delivering pre-planned lessons across a variety of subjects
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- The ability to build positive relationships with students and staff
- A proactive and adaptable attitude
