We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to join our team and work in primary schools. This is a fantastic opportunity to support the learning and development of students while gaining valuable experience in a classroom environment.

Requirements:
  • Experience in a UK school classroom setting.
  • DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain a new one.
  • A relevant Teaching Assistant Qualification (Level 2 or 3).
  • Passion for working with children and supporting their development.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, adaptability and a positive attitude.
  • 1 to 1 or ALN experience highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons.
  • Support individual students or small groups in their academic, social, and emotional development.
  • Provide one‑to‑one support for pupils with special educational needs (SEN).
  • Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Assist with classroom management, including setting up materials and resources.
  • Supervise students during break times and extracurricular activities.
  • Support pupils with their reading, writing, and numeracy skills.
