We are recruiting on behalf of a reputable German specialist independent automotive service centre in Pontyclun, seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician to join their dedicated team.

- Competitive salary between £35,000 and £45,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience
- Overtime paid additionally - 20 days annual holiday plus bank holidays, with a day off in lieu for any bank holidays worked

- Working hours of
42.5 per week: Monday to Thursday 7:45am-5:00pm and Friday 7:45am-5:00pm Duties: - Conduct fault diagnosis, servicing, and repairs to the manufacturer’s standards
- Accurately identify faults and report vehicle condition, safety, reliability, and performance to the Workshop Manager
- Adhere strictly to quality, health, and safety procedures laid down by the client and vehicle manufacturer
- Work within a large team to meet targets and deliver high-quality workmanship
- Ensure compliance with all operational procedures and safety regulations
- Maintain accurate documentation and work to deadlines Requirements:
- Qualified to IMI/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
- At least 1-2 years of practical experience post-qualification
- Hold a valid UK driving licence
- Be committed, reliable, and a team player
- Capable of delivering high standards of work in a busy environment
- Motivation as a Vehicle Technician to work towards team and individual targets
- An active Class 4/7 MOT license would be advantageous
